Architecture led
Bharat has been designing since 1997 and holds a B. Arch. Plans, structure and elevations are worked out first, so the building itself does the hard work before any finishes are chosen.
Interiors in-house
Raina takes the same drawings through to interiors — layouts, ceilings, joinery, materials and finishes — so the aesthetic and the architecture are decided by the same two people.
Residential and commercial
Around 100 completed projects across Delhi NCR over the past decade, covering both commercial and residential work, from single homes to full fit-outs.

From first meeting to handover.

First conversation
We meet, walk the site or the existing space, and understand how you want to use it, along with your budget and timeline.

Design and drawings
Layouts, elevations and material options are developed and reviewed with you until the scheme is settled, then drawn up in detail.

Interiors and detailing
Ceilings, lighting, joinery, finishes and furniture are selected as one package so the interiors follow the architecture.

On site
We stay involved through execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors so what was drawn is what gets built.
Where we work
Delhi and NCR
Our projects sit across Delhi and the wider NCR — homes, apartments and commercial spaces, both new builds and reworked interiors. The studio is in Model Town 2, New Delhi, with a second office in Phase 2 DLF, Gurgaon.
